| 液體冷卻一直被認(rèn)為最有效的冷卻方法。在現(xiàn)代塑料加工，工業(yè)中，水冷加熱及油冷加熱作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備，但在使用過程中，由于水質(zhì)未經(jīng)軟化凈化處理，冷卻管結(jié)垢過早失效，及油冷卻的油路堵塞、漏油等，影響設(shè)備正常使用和停機(jī)維修等缺點(diǎn)。風(fēng)冷加熱器就避免了這些缺點(diǎn)，風(fēng)冷加熱器由幾個(gè)連接而成的帶狀加熱器，組成一個(gè)加熱區(qū)，單獨(dú)固定冷卻，最高溫度500℃是國(guó)內(nèi)外目前最先進(jìn)的冷卻裝置。 Liquid cooling was always considered as the most effective cooling way.
